General Marketing Ideas
One of my ideas is to add a chatbot to their website, that could send site visitors to the right person or answer off-hand questions.
They could also ask our FSRs to suggest to customers that they add our web link to their device home screen on iOS.
They could advertise to drivers at the unemployment offices. We could also advertise at graduate schools, and on Facebook as there is a filter for contract roles.
Read on for projects I have made that I could expand on in the role.

Pittsburgh, PA Market – a Dispatch Case Study
Each of our fleets help diverse markets – take our Pittsburgh, PA market for example. In Pittsburgh we have a fleet that started in April of 2019. We now have approximately a 50-mile radius that reaches into the edge of West Virginia and even Ohio on one end. and that same distance to the East.
What makes each market functional?
Well they have a Business Development Representative, who works in headquarters staying up to date on the latest company innovations, a Field Sales Representative, who, along with the rest of this Pittsburgh team, lives in the market and knows it well to meet with new potential customers, a Driver Lead who is the local onboard agent for new drivers and first reponder for jobs in the area, along with a whole fleet of Independent Contrator drivers with four types of vehicles roaming the city.
Not to mention all the Customer Success Representatives that contribute to all our markets, as well as the finance team that allows for our easy, although optional, invoice payments system, or anyone else on our corporate team who is always innovating, and making Dispatch better for our customes and drivers alike
What kind of business does team Pittsburgh handle at this point?
Each team handles all of the core verticals of dispatch from HVAC, paint, landscaping, plumbing, printshops, and electrical to name a few, to all of the more unique clients that our sales team, has pursued, from chocolatiers to florists, to custom framers, and architects. That said we’re always brainstorming for other industries that found find real value in what Dispatch provides.
Pittsburgh is just one of our many east coast region markets, and we look forward to expanding our service area to help more businesses with same-day delivery.
Pinterest page
I think it would be of help to create a Dispatch page on Pinterest. Not only would this help SEO, but it would also give the brand more free exposure.
What would it show? Here’s a few ideas
Listing vehicles on our fleet – what kind of car makes and models do our drivers use? Allow customers to imagine the uses cases with the help of visuals.
Items we can handle – Furniture, parts, flowers tubs, sinks. couches, paperwork, tech Make it and open board that’s almost random to show how versatile we are to those who think they “don’t need to ship anything”.
Industries – highlight where we started from but don’t forget the donuts
Branding in general/office culture – Show off our office company colors events volunteering links (like Sleep in Heavenly Peace), and make the brand visually iconic
Core Values – Pin and create visuals that highlight our core values so that anyone can experience them
Video Concept
I have put together two video concept ideas along with covers, I would also insert bullet points throughout this raw clip, refilm with more on brand backgrounds, include beginning and ending cards, as well as other production elements.

Concept 2 – Markets
Visuals
I wanted to take a look at what people love about Dispatch. The customers my Field Sales Representative and I have engaged with have specifically noted that they love our easy to use systems, simple pricing and that we’re ready when they need service.
What I’ve Done
I have helped multiple organizations with rebranding efforts. From brainstorming new names for a school, to creating a logo and materials for a non-profit, to expanding a school organization while in college.
I worked as an intern to implement new marketing strategies where the organization as a whole saw opportunity new reach a new market. In that same role, I also kept to a content calendar.
I have been in charge of creating video content for two separate organizations including writing, editing filming, and on-camera time even. I have also created my own video series from start to finish all about marketing. That can be seen here.
I have written over 365 blog posts on my own website and guest blogged for other sites as well.
I maintain my own website and brand and have a personal branding package. In addition, I have worked through some SEO to get my website to the top of my name’s search results. I have also researched this for other brands.
I have set up analytics for my personal website.
I organized events for two schools. I am at over 6 months of keeping an FSR’s schedule organized. I also found Dispatch at a tradeshow of sorts so I know first hand what was compelling about the brand and what we could better communicate about Dispatch.
I know multiple programs and platforms and I’m excited to learn more. Here’s a list of some I know – and a link to blog posts I wrote about how I use each of them.
That all said, there’s more where this came from and I hope this gave you a glimpse into what I’d bring to this role.
Thank you to everyone involved in the decision making process for this role. I’d be happy to answer any questions you have.
