One for the Books
As I sit here in the LAX airport waiting for my flight I find myself thinking about everything that has happened on this trip, the new sites I’ve seen, the new people I’ve met, the ways I’ve challenged myself, I want to share some favorite moments and thoughts.
I have been able to see things that I’ve been waiting for, like the ocean, which was fun, even if it was too cold to swim.
Perhaps one of my favorite parts of the trip was visiting the Warner Brothers Studio, I had a great tour and learned a lot, and saw even more, from costumes from some of my favorite movies. I even got to the Gilmore Girl’s house for a
I enjoyed looking at Burbank antique shops as well it was fun to see what this town had to offer in this regard.
I was able to venture into a city by myself to find out for myself whether or not I liked what downtown LA had to offer. I have to say my reviews are somewhat mixed, and that’s okay because now I know!
I found out that the suburbs of a city can provide some amazing adventures, especially when the suburbs include Burbank and Hollywood. I saw things I’ve only seen in movies and got the chance to try new eats, and old hard to find favorites.
Hopefully, I can return sometime and find more new things in this interesting city.
