Simple Showing

As soon as I heard about this brand I was intrigued. I have thought about the real estate market a lot in recent years as I think about moving out. Seeing real estate prices online and thinking about how much commission realtors got had me a little scared of buying a house soon. So when I heard about Simple Showing and learned more about the concept, I was excited. There is actually a business that understands my concern and has fixed the problem.

So I’ve decided to put together a value proposition for them and show them some of what I could do to help their brand flourish even more.

Most of their online presence is good and fairly well established though I noticed they only had a few Youtube videos. Based on that I thought I’d create a bio for the channel. I also created a channel banner, an outro slide for future videos and a cover art concept for a video I’ve scripted.

For each image, I’ve taken some of the great photos they have on their website as well as their logo. The text on the channel art is meant to be a quick grab for customers who might be seeing the brand for the first time. The thumbnail image is meant to be a video that would briefly describe the brand and get customers engaging with the rest of the content. That and the outro is meant to give viewers a chance to be reminded of the brand, and be thanked for their time.
