Writing and Design for Havenly
I decided to put together a couple of elements that I think would help the brand a lot.
Blog Post
I think Havenly should address the question of why they’re needed in a blog post on their site, they’ve got a great video on this that I believe would work great somewhere on their front page.
Why do I need an interior designer?
Do you make your own clothes? Probably not unless you’re a seamstress. But you make them look good.
Do you come up with your own recipes? Probably not unless you’re a cook. But you can make a mean chicken parm.
Did you build your own car? Probably not unless you’re a mechanic. But you are a great driver and take care of your car.
It’s a similar case with interior design, you may have a wonderful space to fill, and some favorite pieces, but putting it together in a way that makes perfect sense, and knowing what else to purchase is a bit of another story.
That’s where
This post would still fit the style of the website but encourage customers to think outside the box, and consider how other industries fit in with their ideas about interior design.
FAQ Page
Some customers want to see all their questions answered in a streamlined fashion, some also want to know what questions others have asked.

Some of your clients like to splurge but I’m on a rather tight budget, can you still help?
This is actually part of our questionnaire from whether you want just a seasonal freshening up of your space, or you just don’t want expensive pieces as part of your design, we would love to oblige and find things you’ll love that will fit your budget.
The FAQ page would ideally be linked either in their normal menu bar at the top of their site or at the bottom of the site next to other various links.
Postcard
Lastly, I designed a postcard for Havenly that fits the theme of answering awkward questions while getting potential customers curious and pointing them to the website.
These designs fit well together and address the question of why head on with practical ideas, that showcase what Havenly can do for its customers.
