What I don’t miss about cars from the past
You know, the bench seats that cars had back in like the 2000s and earlier in the front row? They were just so annoying, I mean who wants to have another spot to put things and another spot for friends to sit and another spot to make better use of space in your vehicle instead of just, the wasted never-set-up-quite right gray plastic bins between the seats, they put there instead.
Oh, and I would never want car manufacturers to bring back the fold-down cupholders/armrests in the middle of bench seats for front or back seats. Because who wants more handy and easy-to-access storage?
Who would every want a lower tech car that has way less that can go wrong with it, I mean sure there’s such a thing as modern conveniences, like how handy it is to drive to the car fix-it shop countless times because they’re the only one’s who can fix the multiple layers of problems.
Don’t get me started on the lack of fancy gadgets to simply turn on headlights instead of simple switch, I want all cars to have fancy, blinding LED headlights.
I need the fanciest way to read my gas gauge nothing less will do, now more of these basic gauges with just a red line pointing to how much it’s filled and how fast I’m going on my speed, it should say everything explicitly so it looks fancier and so there’s more electronics to go wrong.
Ok, ok, so cars from no era are perfect and I’ll be the first to admit that I wish my aux port was working in my car as I’m an avid audio streamer, but still, I think cars have gotten a little too complicated in some areas. Though I also wish had remote start and keyless entry start of my 2008 vehicle. So I don’t know what’s best anymore; I hope you at least found this funny and I hope that no matter what kind of car you have it works for you and gets you safely from point A to point B.
Please note that this post is mostly satire, and one woman’s opinion.
